Hello There!

A clean and a flawless face is everyone's dream! Isn't it?
Acne, pimples, pigmentation, fine lines, dryness are some of the issues we face. We are also affected by pollution, dust and all the harsh chemicals we apply. As we grow up, our skin grows along. So it is our duty to take care of it.

Applying Face packs is one way we can take care of these problems and try to calm down our skin. I have listed below a few of my favourite face packs that has helped me to take care of my skin issues.

Milk/Yoghurt, Honey & Turmeric Face Mask:

I am sure everyone must have heard a lot about this one, from our mothers and grand mothers 😃. This is such an effective mask, for reducing acne, pimples, pigmentation and adding a glow! I use the pack once a week before going to the bed. Wash it with lukewarm water after it dries and put on  your night creams, serums.

Tatha Face Mask By Vedic Collection (Rs. 525/- for 50 gm):

I have been using the mask at least twice a week and I feel that it is helping me to reduce my acne/pimples! When I had started using the mask, I had a few big active pimples on my cheeks and I can see them going away gradually. It also does not dry out my skin and there are not side effects from this mask. Read all the details HERE.

Lotus Herbals Youth Rx Anti Ageing Firming Face Masque (Rs. 295/- for 80 gm):

The masque claims to nourish, hydrate your skin, revitalise texture, reduce pore size & remove dead skin flakes.
Unlike other face masques, this does not dry after applying but warms up, giving a tingling effect. After removing the gel masque with cotton cloth, it leaves my face nourished and hydrated. The affects however does not stay for very long. I prefer using this weekly as I feel very clean and refreshed after using this :)

Lotus Herbals Anti Ageing Firming Face Masque

Plum Grape seed & Sea Buckthorn Renaissance Face Mask (Rs. 425/- for 75 gm):

The mask claims to have:
Kaolin & Bentonite clays for cleansing & exfoliation
 Anti-oxidant rich grape seed oil
 Healing sea buckthorn oil
 No parabens, SLS

It is a clay based mask that dries out in about 15 minutes. I apply it once weekly, once the mask dries I apply some water, scrub my face with the pack and then clean it thoroughly. It leaves with a fresh and clean face. However, if you have a dry skin, do not miss the moisturiser after this and you are good! I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to everyone.

Plum Grapeseed & Sea Buckthorn Face Mask

Aroma Essentials D-Tan Mask (Rs. 250/- for 35 gm):

This one is just magic! It claims:
Removes dead skin, tan and prevents moisture loss
  Made using finest natural ingredients
  Artificial fragrance free, chemical free

The Aroma Essentials Team was kind enough to send me their product for review and after getting tanned post my October trips, I thought of trying this one. It has a thick consistency, can be applied easily and reminds me of Multani mitti. After applying it 2-3 times, i could feel the difference on my face. It started removing the tan and also gave a beautiful glow which stays for long. As soon as I wash the mask from my face, my face feels all clean and hydrated. This one is perfect for all skin types as it is completely natural, provides required hydration and has no side effect at all!
