HEALTHY & REFRESHING INFUSED WATERS

Hello Everyone!

You must have heard everyone saying that we should drink a lot of water, at least 2 litres a day and skip all fizzy drinks!

Drinking water not only keeps you hydrated but also provides you with a glowing skin, keeps you energetic and healthy. But I know, simple water is sooo boring. We all want some changes to keep us interested and motivated! And there comes the 'Infused Water'.




What is Infused Water?

Infused water is water that has fruits or herbs added to it. It adds a flavour to the water and also the goodness from the fruit/herb. Hence, making the plain water look good, taste delicious and also healthy. It can also be know as Detox water or Flavoured water.



Recipes:
  • Basil Infused - Leave a bottle/jug filled with water and handful of clean basil leaves overnight outside or in the fridge. And your Basil infused water is ready! Keep sipping and refilling it all day.  Basil has amazing anti-oxidant & antibacterial properties. It is loaded with vitamins, calcium, omega 3, helps boost immunity and prevents acne. We all need that.. right? :)
